Recognized as the voice of business, the Belleville & District Chamber of Commerce regularly communicates the business viewpoint to all levels of government and to the public. Belleville is a founding member of both the Ontario and Canadian Chambers of Commerce, assuring a strong presence in both Toronto and Ottawa for our members.

Headquartered in the historic Log Cabin, the Chamber serves as the front door to the community, providing information to visitors, residents and businesses on a daily basis. Helping people to locate the products and services of member businesses, and directing visitors to area attractions is an important function of the Chamber of Commerce. The Belleville & District Chamber of Commerce is an organization that strives to develop and organize programs and services, which assist to make Belleville and area a better place in which to live, work and play.

The Chamber represents the concerns of business by lobbying the government for productive and sound legislation, and it also acts as a source of information for members and the public.
The current membership of the Chamber is over 555 with active participation at local, provincial and federal levels.

The Belleville & District Chamber of Commerce (BCC) is affiliated with both the Ontario and Canadian Chambers of Commerce and through its network of 66,000 members in Ontario and 175,000 members in Canada, government officials at all levels are made aware of business concerns.
