The Belleville Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to welcome Community Services of Belleville and District (CSBD), represented by Executive Director Adrianna Vanderneut, to our growing community of members.
Established on October 11, 1978, CSBD is a multi-service, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children, youth, adults, and families throughout Belleville and the surrounding region. The organization provides a broad range of programs and services, including autism and developmental supports, adult protective services, supervised access, family and community support programs, advocacy, assessment, and coordinated service planning. All services aim to help individuals and families overcome challenges by building on their strengths and accessing resources needed to thrive.
Adrianna captures the spirit of CSBD’s work in her own words: “We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive. Our team works to help others overcome challenges, build upon their strengths, and feel connected to their community.”
What makes CSBD unique is its ability to combine compassionate, person-centered support with specialized clinical expertise. The organization responds to both everyday challenges and complex needs through evidence-informed interventions, strong community partnerships, and a steadfast commitment to dignity, inclusion, and equity. As a community-based organization, CSBD works collaboratively with families, service providers, and local stakeholders to create meaningful, lasting impact.
For nearly 50 years, CSBD has been a trusted resource in the community, helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges while promoting independence, wellbeing, and community belonging. Its dedicated team remains committed to delivering responsive, high-quality services that strengthen families and enhance quality of life across the region.
