New issues can be submitted at any time and will be reviewed by the Government Affairs committee during monthly meetings. We do request you provide contact information, but we will confirm your preference for this to be made public and will support anonymity where possible or consult with multiple members to build a sector/industry case to minimize identifying any single organization. Your name/organization is not published without consent.
The Chamber also coordinates candidate forums during election periods and invites members to submit issues for consideration/questions, including the scheduled debate for Tuesday, September 29 for the upcoming municipal election.

The OCC deadline is typically early February, with resolutions voted on at the OCC AGM in April.
The CCC deadline is mid-March with resolutions voted on at the CCC AGM in October.
