Belleville Chamber members came out in full force to enjoy our annual Appreciation Mingle! While the return to routine and registration signals an end to summer and casual patio pop-ins, we were so happy to see about a hundred of you gathered together with some of our newest members at one of Belleville’s most iconic patio locations and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue partner to kick off our member appreciation celebration. A huge thank you to Alex and Cheryl Topitsch, new owners of The Pier Patio and Grill, for hosting such a memorable evening The waterfront was buzzing from start to finish while everyone enjoyed a stunning evening by the Bay. Members connected, celebrated, and many walked away with prizes in hand!
As a way to show appreciation to our members, the Belleville Chamber of Commerce puts together a collection of “member “Chamber” items as a way to thank members for their support.
Our first draw of the evening was exclusive to our “new” members in attendance and gave the winner the option to choose their prize! Elyse Gallagher, Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Lanthorn Real Estate Ltd. selected our Bring a Friend to Breakfast prize with two tickets to an upcoming breakfast event!
We launched our new website recently and gave away THREE MONTHS of FREE WEBSITE ADS during the Member Appreciation Mingle. The lucky winner was Sabrina Ruttan, of Dog Lovers Playground. If you’d like to inquire about a website ad, contact Cristina!
With our BCC 55th Annual Golf Tournament right around the corner, this event was the perfect opportunity to give away a valuable sponsorship prize to allow one lucky member to have their logo in front of nearly 150 local business professionals! We gave away one Par Sponsorship for our BCC Golf Tournament to Quinte Bay Gymnastics (who just happen to be celebrating their 50th year!)
The Belleville Chamber of Commerce 500 valued members! To show our appreciation, we gave away a Free BCC Membership Fee for 2027! Our lucky winner was Herringbone Interiors, which will be able to enjoy all the perks of being a Chamber Member next year without the cost!
Our Partnership Banner is a fairly new opportunity for BCC Members to allow their logos to be seen at 13+ BCC events throughout the year! Last year was our first year introducing this, which was very well received in 2026! In 2027, Jones & Pouliot Property Restoration & Maintenance will enjoy a space on the Partnership Banner for FREE!
One of our signature events is our annual President’s Dinner & Cornerstone Awards, held each May, welcoming in our new BCC President. This night also celebrates our Cornerstone award recipients, BCC members that have made an impactful difference in our community and beyond. We gave away TWO tickets to the President’s Dinner, won by Helen Wheeler of LaPalm Moving Systems!
BCC Breakfasts are one of our most popular monthly networking events. We gave away a BCC Breakfast Sponsor package, which was won by Elexicon!
Our newest Chamber Exclusive opportunity to help members connect with each other is the Conversation Station where they can set up a small table at a mingle to provide information about their organization. This was offered for the first time during our Member Appreciation Mingle, and the YMCA was our first Conversation Station host! We gave away one BCC Conversation Station Prize, which was won by Chris Caisse from D&M Plumbing Heating & Refrigeration.
Our host for the event, Alex Topitsch, owner of The Pier Patio & Grill, gave away a prize pack which was won by Brad Labadie, Owner of Thairific. Our Conversation Stater host for the event, the YMCA, gave away a prize during the event, which was won by Jean Czyczyro of the Navy League of Canada, Belleville Branch.
